Important Regents Information
On Monday, August 19 and Tuesday, August 20, 2024, Western Suffolk BOCES Regional Summer School will be administering the New York State Regents Examinations at Stimson Middle School in Huntington Station and Robert Moses Middle School in North Babylon.Ìý Please reference the list below related to policies and procedures that will be implemented on the above examination dates. Ìý
- All students should arrive approximately 45 minutes prior to the start of an examination.
- All students with testing accommodations will be directed to the appropriate classroom upon arriving.
- Students must have photo identification to enter the testing facility. ÌýStudents who do not have photo identification will not be permitted toÌý enter the testing facility. Ìý
- All electronic devices are prohibited in the testing facility. ÌýPossession of an electronic device in the testing facility will result in the invalidation of the examination. Ìý

The Western Suffolk BOCES Regional Summer School offers remedial courses for students in grades 6 – 12, to make up for any deficiencies in academic work. This wide variety of remedial courses can benefit students with low or failing grades. These courses help to address regression or summer slide in order to prepare students for upcoming courses. This does not replace a full course year.
Residents within the 12 participating districts (listed below) whose children are registered in public, private or parochial schools, grades 6-12, are eligible to attend, with permission of their home school principal or designee.
Students from non-participating districts (in districts not listed below) are permitted to register after all residents are accommodated.
